Technology has a big impact on business operations. The technology can bring many benefits that will help you increase revenue make and produce the goods. The main role of technology in business is to drive growth and improve operations.

There are multiple examples of the technologies in the communication such as the telephone, cell phones, printing, mail and computers, but the most impact on the development of societies is the internet. it is the global network that allows access to information from anywhere in the world and makes communication possible from different places without the need to be face to face.

• Aggressively create and share good “content” to tell the company’s story

It streamlines the communication of the company with its environment, supports teamwork. It helps to promote products in the market and increases the productivity of the company.


9.     What are the legal and Ethical implications of the use of technologies?

·        Cybercrime: It is when a criminal, user of a computer device takes advantage of the Internet and the networks in our society.

·        Legal aspects: Computer programs are protected like a literary work such as books, magazines, etc.

·        Copyright: It is the property right and you get it when you create a literary work or some software.

·        Illegal copying of programs: When a user of a computer device copies "software" or computer program is committing a theft, the unauthorized copying is illegal.

·        Piracy: The faudulent distribution of software or content that is subject to copyright is considered piracy.
