Define Human resources. 

 Human resources (HR) is the division of a business that is charged with finding, screening, recruiting, and training job applicants, as well as administering employee-benefit programs.

What is the role of human resources?

HR plays a key role in developing, reinforcing and changing the culture of an organisation. Pay, performance management, training and development, recruitment and onboarding and reinforcing the values of the business are all essential elements 

What is Capital?

Capital is a broad term that can describe any thing that confers value or benefit to its owner, such as a factory and its machinery, intellectual property like patents, or the financial assets of a business or an individual.

In your opinion, is human resources necessary? 

In my opinion HR is important because this area is a critical business function that helps companies succeed in hiring employees, keeping them engaged, and supporting their growth and development.

Human resource management (HRM) is the practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying and managing an organization's employees.

●       Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

●       Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

●       Managing the recruitment and selection process
